How do I book an appointment?

The best and preferred way to schedule an appointment is online. (You can find the link at the top left corner of each page.) After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a confirmation. You will also receive a reminder the day before your appointment. You may also call (910) 622-8548 to schedule an appointment. However, you will need to leave a message with your name and number.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least a 24 hour notice before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service and a No Show Fee of 100% of your service. As a courtesy to our clients, we issue an Email or Text reminder prior to your scheduled appointment.

What is your late policy?

We understand there may be times when guests are running late. Each guest’s time is important, so we kindly ask that you call ahead if you are going to be late. If you are more than ten minutes late, you will be marked as a no show and may need to reschedule your appointment. Arriving late may limit the time of your service, as your service will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. Please call if you know you are going to be late and we will try to accommodate you.

Do you accept walk-ins?

At this time, walk-ins are generally not accepted. If you are seeking same day services, please check appointment availability online or contact me. I will respond as soon as possible.

May I bring a spouse/partner/friend into a service with me?

At Carter Kayte, our policy is to allow one person in the treatment room at a time.

Should I arrive early to my appointment?

Yes. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This will allow time for you to fill out paperwork and enjoy a beverage.

What are the age requirements for services?

The age requirements for services are as follows:
